Returns

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products (including organic honey and food items), we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, except in cases mentioned below.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during transit

  • Leaking, broken, or spoiled

  • Incorrect item delivered

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

After verification, we will offer:

  • Replacement, or

  • Refund (as applicable)

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to customer handling

  • Orders placed with incorrect address details
